Champagne
Champagne lies east of Paris, around Reims and Épernay. It is the northernmost great wine region of France; the second fermentation in bottle arose here as an answer to the cold winters that halted the first. Chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier together form the basis of virtually every blend. From this region we offer among others Moët-Chandon – Dom Perignon, Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin, Krug, Bollinger, Louis Roederer, Perrier Jouet, Ruinart, Taittinger, Laurent Perrier and Piper Heidsieck.
