Château Montrose
Château Montrose is a wine estate in Saint Estephe. The share of merlot is higher here than in the neighbouring appellations. The soil holds more clay than further south in the Médoc, retaining water longer and making the wines firmer. Every wine we carry from Château Montrose comes from this appellation.
